NW 200 COMPETITOR INFO - must read
NW 200 participants, here you’ll find key information about transportation arrangements, accommodation options, paddock facilities, registration requirements, and a special newcomers weekend.
Newcomers Weekend
We highly recommend attending the newcomers weekend on February 26-27. While attendance is not mandatory, it is a fantastic opportunity to familiarize yourself with the NW200 environment. The ESR crew will be on-site to provide assistance and share essential information.
Transport
ESR is pleased to offer transportation for all participants, included in your entry fee with no additional charges. You will have the option to utilize the provided transport or arrange your own travel to the NW200.
Delivery of Belongings
Location: A truck will be stationed at the Hengelo paddock for bringing your belongings. U will be offered 2 crates.
Crate 1: Motorbike and smaller items.Crate 2: Tools, spare wheels, and other essentials such as floors if theres enough space. Awning Transportation: Your team awning will be placed on top of the crates to maximize space.
Post-Race Collection
Return Transport: After the race, the truck will return to Europe.
Collection Options: Retrieve your belongings either in Belgium or have them transported to Horice two weeks later.
Travel Flexibility
Travel with an empty van home, fly to Northern Ireland, and fly home again after the race. Drive with your empty van to Horice to collect your items.
Paddock Facilities and Amenities
The paddock area is designed to provide a comfortable experience for all participants:
Surface: 95% asphalt, ensuring reliability in wet conditions.
Electrical Needs: Bring English plugs; only one is needed as you can tap off your own European plugs.
Food & Beverages: Various food trucks available, along with a large event awning for meals and drinks. The briefing will be held in here too.
Restroom Facilities: Clean showers and toilets on-site.
Entertainment: Evening music shows, comedy performances, and opportunities to meet roadracing stars in the event awning.
Surrounding Area: Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets for grocery needs.
Registration Process
All participants must register individually on the NW200 website.

Payment: A £100 fee will appear at the end of the registration; however, this is waived for those who have already paid the seasonal fee.
Accommodation Options
For those in need of an accomodation during the event, ESR has partnered with rental homes available at:

Discount: Mention that you are an ESR rider to receive a £30 (approximately €35) discount.
Booking Tip: Early reservation is encouraged due to popularity.
Caravan Parking
If you plan to travel with a caravan, parking is available at a nearby campsite within walking distance of the paddock. Your van can remain parked next to your team’s awning for convenience.
Tires & Fuel
Tires
The use of on-site tires and fuel is mandatory.
Front Tires
You may use your own front tires.
Rear Tires
Rear tires are specially manufactured for this event. These must be pre-ordered !!

Brands & Compounds
These are Metzeler tires.
Pirelli riders can purchase these compounds as its the same company.
Dunlop riders can order directly at the Dunlop truck on-site and don’t need to subscribe in front.
Fuel must be purchased at the Panta Fuel Truck. No other fuel is excepted and there will be randomly taking samples from your fuel tank. If it doesn’t match with their fuel, you will be disqualified from that particular session/race.

Varsselring is a pure road circuit on narrow Dutch farm roads. Long, fast sections demand precision and confidence. A classic opener with genuine road-racing character.
ESR at this venue
Hengelo launches the championship with a mix of speed and technical flow. Riders face committed entries, hard braking zones and proper European road-circuit atmosphere.
Northeren Ireland, NW 200
6–9 May 2026

This round highlights outright speed. Drafting battles, late braking into chicanes and high-risk sections define the NW200 challenge within the ESR season.
Czech Republic, Horice
